What to include in your apparel RFQ

Reference a TUOYI style or describe a custom project. Include quantities per color, requested sizes, fabric composition and weight, print or embroidery placement, labels and packaging.

Wholesale and private-label sourcing

Ask for a sample, bulk unit pricing, custom MOQ, production lead time and shipping terms for your destination. TUOYI MOQ is 10 pieces for every displayed style. Confirm your exact specification and per-color allocation in a written quotation.

Prepare and review your brief, tick the consent box, then submit it to TUOYI. A receipt number confirms server storage. Our sourcing team is notified separately to handle your request.

What happens next?

Keep your receipt number. We review your requested styles, quantities and specifications before confirming sample options and commercial terms. You can follow up by email or WhatsApp with that number.

Your draft and website submission

Preparing saves your draft in this browser when storage is available. Only when you separately consent and click “Submit this inquiry to TUOYI” do we store this version of your contact details and sourcing request on our Hong Kong server to handle the enquiry. Can I inquire without choosing a style?

Yes. Describe your custom clothing project in the brief and provide a reference or tech pack link if available. Include your target quantity, fabric, branding and destination.

What determines the quotation?

The approved style, composition, GSM, color and size quantities, decoration, labels, packaging and delivery terms determine the quote. Sample charges and production timing need separate confirmation.

Can I start with a sample?

Choose “Sample enquiry” when configuring a style. Sample and bulk lines stay separate, including their quantity totals. For a sample-only project, you can also select “Sample development” in the form. Share measurements and artwork, then confirm sample availability, minimum, cost, timing and shipping.
