Download blank buyer worksheets.

Choose the worksheet for your next sourcing step. These CSV files help you record your own requirements; downloading a file does not send an inquiry, approve a sample or create an order.

Worksheet versions: 24 October 2026. Buyer-request, measurement and review fields remain for your project; the RFQ brief records the current website minimum, and sample-review outcomes start as Open. Confirm project-specific terms in your written quotation.

From a reference to a written specification.

  1. Compare the listed fabric, fit, weight and MOQ on an individual product sheet.
  2. Record what is still unknown: measurements, custom colors, artwork, sample and commercial terms.
  3. Use the bulk apparel RFQ guide and quote request page to organize your brief.

Explore eight wholesale categories or read how TUOYI presents supplier information.

From your sourcing brief to a quote request.

  1. Choose references. Add styles from the wholesale categories. Record quantities by style, color and size; keep sample requests separate from bulk quantities.
  2. Review your requirements. Include measurements, artwork, destination and open questions. The 10-piece website bulk MOQ does not confirm custom allocation, sample availability, charges or timing.
  3. Submit on the website. On the inquiry page, prepare and review the request, give consent and submit. A TUOYI reference number confirms server receipt; keep it for follow-up. Receipt is not a quotation, sample approval or confirmed order.
Review and submit your quote request

Prefer WhatsApp or email? Those options remain on the inquiry page; review and send in the selected app. Downloading a worksheet or preparing a draft does not send anything.
