How to prepare a bulk apparel RFQ.

A useful B2B quote starts with a clear specification. Choose a product reference, state your quantities and agree the sample and commercial terms before a bulk order.

1. Select a product and separate facts from requests.

Website MOQ was confirmed by TUOYI on 24 October 2026. Requested sizes, colors and decoration still need approval.

2. Send quantities per style, color and size.

Include your target units, color reference and requested size ratio. For example, the selected 305 GSM cotton oversized T-shirt has a TUOYI website MOQ of 10 pieces. All other displayed styles also have a website MOQ of 10 pieces. For coordinated-set references, confirm the included garments and quotation unit. That figure does not establish the minimum for every color, custom fabric or decoration method.

3. Define the private-label specification.

Provide fabric composition and GSM targets, fit and measurement chart, artwork files, print or embroidery positions, labels, hangtags and packaging. Use a tech pack or reference link where possible.

4. Approve the sample before the bulk order.

Confirm sample charges, development time, wash and decoration references, measurements and approval criteria. Record the agreed version of the sample and specification so the quotation refers to the same requirements.

5. Confirm price, delivery and shipping in writing.

Request unit pricing, any setup charges, sample costs, final MOQ, quote validity, production lead time, delivery destination and trade terms. This site does not provide a fixed price, stock guarantee or confirmed production schedule.

Prepare your sourcing brief.

Add styles to the inquiry list and enter quantities, destination, branding, target delivery and a reference link. Prepare and review your RFQ on the full inquiry page, then consent and submit to receive a TUOYI reference number. The request is saved and a notification is queued for our sourcing team. Keep the reference when following up. Download, copy, WhatsApp and email remain available; external apps require you to confirm sending.
