Which cap or beanie reference should I compare?
The cap references cover a five-panel curved-brim construction, a six-panel twill cap, a cotton-blend trucker, a flat-brim snapback and a curved-brim dad cap. Their materials are not identical or fully specified in every case. The two knitted references are a cuffed beanie listed as 100% merino wool and a graphic jacquard reference listed as 100% acrylic. Use the individual listing ID and source date to keep these constructions and materials separate.
What changes between embroidery and knitted jacquard artwork?
For cap embroidery, supply the logo file version, finished width and height, intended thread colors, marked position and requested effect. For a knitted-jacquard beanie, supply the graphic layout, intended yarn colors, motif size, repeat or placement, and the faces you want developed. Jacquard forms the pattern through knitting; it is a different development brief from an embroidered logo. Ask for the proposed process and a sample for your exact construction. Source artwork is an example, not an approved production design.
Can a logo cross a cap seam or a beanie fold?
Mark the requested position against a named seam, brim edge or cuff fold, and show how the hat should look when worn. Ask the supplier to confirm the usable artwork area and any constraints before approving the file. For fine lettering, confirm the thread and digitized design on the actual proposed cap. For a beanie, confirm the graphic orientation with the cuff folded and unfolded, and identify any second face you require. No universal minimum letter size or seam-crossing capability is established by these references.
How should cap and beanie fit be specified?
For a cap, request the finished head-circumference range, crown and brim measurements, closure type and measurement method. An adjustable closure does not establish a universal fit. For a beanie, agree finished height and width, opening measurement, cuff dimensions and whether measurements are taken relaxed or by another agreed method. Identify the sample version and intended wearer requirements. The catalog does not provide an approved size chart or stretch-recovery result.
Can acrylic, merino wool and cotton descriptions be treated as equivalent?
No. The acrylic and listed merino-wool beanies have different material declarations; these snapshots do not verify fiber testing, care results or performance. The twill cap has exact composition to confirm, the trucker has an unconfirmed cotton/polyester ratio, and the dad cap has composition to confirm. No numerical GSM is confirmed for these seven references. Ask for the complete fabric or yarn specification and the fit / weight checks relevant to your project instead of filling a gap from a neighboring style.
What does a 10-piece custom headwear request need?
TUOYI confirmed a website MOQ of 10 pieces for every displayed style on 24 October 2026. List each product ID, pieces per color, the construction and fit brief, artwork version, dimensions and position, labels, packaging and destination. Ask for the minimum for your chosen embroidery or knitted graphic, applicable setup or development charges, sample cost and approval steps. Confirm the production schedule, shipping terms and quotation validity in writing; the website minimum alone does not settle these terms.
