How should waist measurements be recorded?

Identify the sample size and measurement unit, then state whether a waist value is a flat half-waist or a full circumference. For an elastic waistband, record the relaxed measurement separately from any requested stretched measurement and agree the method. Do not compare figures taken in different ways or infer a size range from a drawstring. The catalog does not supply an approved measurement chart for these references.

Which shorts reference should I start from?

The terry reference 1601811260448 lists 100% cotton, 240 GSM and an elastic drawstring waist. The zip-pocket cargo reference 1601923157835 lists 100% polyester and a drawstring waist with zip-pocket details; its GSM remains to confirm. The mesh basketball reference 1601890163884 lists polyester with its exact composition and GSM still open. Choose the construction you want, then specify the waist, hip, rise, inseam, outseam and leg opening. These descriptions do not establish lining or performance.

Are wide-leg cotton pants and pleated trousers interchangeable?

No. Reference 1601763168446 lists 100% cotton with a wide leg and elastic waist. The pleated trouser reference 1601926791291 lists a polyester/cotton blend with the ratio still to confirm. Both lack an agreed numerical GSM here. Request the waist construction, fastening, pleat position and depth where relevant, plus hip, rise, thigh, leg length and opening measurements. A shared wide-leg label does not establish the same pattern or finished fit.

What should I specify for cargo pockets and zippers?

Identify each pocket on a marked reference image. Record its opening, width, height and position from named seams or edges, then describe the closure and zipper or hardware requirements. Include any artwork placement and clearance around openings. Ask for a sample representing that layout and confirm the components in the quotation. A pocket photo does not establish zipper specifications, capacity or durability.

Which fabric details still need confirmation?

Five of these seven references have no agreed numerical GSM in this catalog. The 365 GSM canvas cargo reference has an unconfirmed composition, and the fleece straight-leg reference has both composition and GSM to confirm. The mesh shorts need an exact composition and the pleated trousers need a blend ratio. Keep these gaps attached to their listing IDs. Request the proposed fabric specification rather than treating a canvas, fleece or lightweight word as a complete material declaration.

What should I send with a 10-piece bottomwear request?

List the product ID, pieces by color and size, completed measurement brief, fabric and construction requirements, artwork, labels, packaging and destination.
